Open directly:Create Customer Tariff.
Open create customer tariff

Add customer and tariff details
Choose the Customer, then fill in the tariff details.
Required fields are Customer, Category, and Description. You can also add Contacts, Transport type, Valid from, and Valid until.
Contacts depend on the selected customer.
Define the route
Use the map to build the route. The Localities field is filled from the map and shows: Please create your route via the map to add locations.
After the route is set, check Distance and Total toll cost. Use Tariff config and Tariff route settings when the route calculation needs specific settings.
Select Recalculate route costs to update distance, toll costs, and staffel values for the selected route and settings.
Check the tariff summary
The summary shows your running tariff totals, including Your tariff, Total cost, Total cost per km, Total base cost per km, and Distance.
Set the base cost
In Base cost, choose how the main price is calculated.
Use Fixed amount when the base price is one set amount. Fill in Amount.
Use Use staffel when the price uses a tiered rate. Staffel means a tiered rate based on values such as distance.
Add additional costs
Additional costs are always added to the total rate.
Select New cost to add a custom cost, or Add predefined cost to choose a saved customer cost. Predefined costs depend on the selected customer.
Add extra costs
Extra costs are optional prices. Add them when the customer only pays them if they use that extra service.
Select New cost to add a custom extra cost, or Add predefined cost to choose a saved customer cost.
Create the customer tariff
Before you finish, check that Customer, Category, Description, a Base cost option, and the matching base cost amount or staffel input are filled in.
Select Create to save the customer tariff. This creates the customer tariff and the original tariff version. After a successful create action, the created tariff opens in edit mode.
