Use Search Transports to find an existing transport by number, container, customer reference, or a wider free search. Open directly: Search transports.

Select Search Transports from Search > Transports. The page has tabs for Transport number, Container number, Customer reference, and Free search.

Select Transport number when you know the TR number or part of it. Enter the value in the search field, for example TR-242..

Select Container number when you know the container number or its first characters. Enter the container value, for example TEXU..

Select Customer reference when you know the customer's reference. Enter the reference in the field. Use Remove spaces if the pasted reference contains spaces.

Select Free search to search by planned date range and text. Choose a date range, for example THIS WEEK, then type at least three characters in Search transports....

Free search only filters after at least three typed characters.

Use the results table to compare matching transports. The Transport Number column shows transport values such as TR-. Open transport details from a row with the TR number link, the edit icon, or Show details.

Opening a result only opens the existing transport details. It does not create or change a transport.

Supplier users only see linked supplier transports. The Customer reference and Free search tabs are not shown to supplier users.

Which transport fields can I search on?

You can search by Transport number, Container number, Customer reference, or Free search. Free search combines a planned date range with the Search transports... text field.

Why can I not see Customer reference or Free search?

These tabs are not shown to supplier users. Ask your administrator if you need a different access level.

Can I open a transport from the results?

Yes. Use the TR number link, the edit icon, or Show details in the row to open the transport details.
